IFC METROPOL strengthens corporate finance business
Mr Alexander Zhizhin appointed Managing Director Corporate
Finance of IFC METROPOL LLC
Alexander Zhizhin joins IFC METROPOL with his team and project
pipeline. With Alexander’s appointment IFC METROPOL obtains
expertise in consumer and industrial sectors of Russia’s mid-cap
M&A market. Alexander’s team works with food & consumer
staples producers, retailers as well as producers of materials and
industrial equipment.
Business backgroud:
Mr Zhizhin was a partner in financial advisory company AGA
Management and previously
worked as Director Investment Banking in OTKRITIE Financial
Corporation JSC.
