IFC METROPOL and SAHO agreed to withdraw from the joint project
The contract for the implementation of crisis management on the
part of IFC METROPOL with the Group of Companies "Siberian Agrarian
Holding" (SAHO) was signed in December 2012. Against the background
of the last crisis, the negative phenomena and high debt loads have
trouble holding the responsibility of a full-fledged business. It
was planned that the result of crisis management on the part of IFC
METROPOL SAHO will restructure its debt to banks and possible
further sale of business of the Group of Companies METROPOL.
However, in February 2013 the partners made a joint decision to
withdraw from the project.
