Metropol (UK) Limited has been appointed by Ukrproduct Group Limited as its joint broker
The AIM-quoted Ukrproduct Group Limited (UPG), Ukraine’s leading
branded dairy products company, announced yesterday that it has
appointed Metropol (UK) Limited as joint broker alongside WH
Ireland Limited, UPG’s nominated adviser and broker.
Metropol (UK) Limited is a London-based affiliate of IFC
Metropol, a leading Russian brokerage firm, and primarily focuses
on raising equity capital for and providing corporate broking
services to small- and medium-sized Russian and other CIS-based
businesses on AIM of the London Stock Exchange. Metropol (UK)
Limited also currently acts as AIM broker to Zirax Plc and Teleset
Networks Public Company Limited, as well as joint broker to
International Marketing & Sales Group Limited and Timan Oil
& Gas Plc.
The main activity of UPG is the production and sales of
branded milk-based final-consumption products (butter and cheese).
It also produces and exports intermediate-stage milk products
(dry-milk powder) to the markets of Denmark, the Netherlands,
Bulgaria, Japan, Turkey, Russia and other countries as well as
provides logistics and distribution services to third parties
operating in Ukraine.
