Presentation of “Metropoliya” project introduced by METROPOL Group of companies took place in the exhibition MIPIM-2008
During operation of XIX International investment exhibition
MIPIM-2008 the project presentation «Metropoliya» was a great
success.
In the course of presentation, O.O. Korol, Director General of
“Metropol Development” Ltd. and Mitsuo Nakamura, Company President
“Nikken Sekkei” introduced master-plan of complex “Metropoliya”,
explained the concept and perspectives of one of the major
developers projects on the territory of Moscow.
Presentation was a big success with the participants and visitors
of the exhibition, representatives of the Russian and foreign Mass
Media. After the presentation M.V. Slipenchuk, Director General of
METROPOL Group of Companies, M. Nakamura and O.O. Korol answered
numerous questions.
M.V. Slipenchuk emphasized that the objects of commercial real
estate would not be sold to investors separately in the course of
the project, as often being practiced during finance of main
developing projects. “Nowadays we consider the possibility to
create a special joint stock company or fund, the share of which
would be bought by interested investors. So, we plan, that project
“Metropoliya” would be implemented by means of shared funding», -
he said.
