IFC Metropol financial consultant for Russian insurance center
IFC Metropol rendered the services of a financial consultant to OAO
Russian insurance center. Metropol experts prepared the share issue
prospectus, the nominal value of which equals Rub 400 mn. The
prospectus was registered with the Federal Service for Financial
Markets‘ regional office in the Central federal district. The
shares will be placed via open subscription.
OAO Russian insurance center was set up in 1992. The company‘s
founders and shareholders include a number of major military and
industrial companies. The company offers over 70 types of
insurance. According to the Expert RA rating agency the company has
the highest stability rating "A+".
