International exhibition, a joint presentation of the Government of Montenegro and investors of the region took place at MIPIM 2010 on March 17, 2010. The ceremony was opened by Branimir Gvozdenović, Montenegro’s Minister of Spatial Planning and Environment and Petr Ivanović, the first economic adviser to the President of Montenegro. The Sveti Marko Island presentation was successfully held within the framework of the event. For the first time the project was officially presented in February, 2010 after the Government of Montenegro approved the state location study of the Sveti Marko Island project. This decision is valid until 2020. The state location study is a basic planning document. Thus, the preparation of planning permit documentation for the construction on Sveti Marko Island is on the home straight. The main project is planned to be completed by the end of 2010. The presentation aroused great interest among the participants in and visitors to the exhibition as well as in the media representatives.
The representatives of the Golf Strategy of Montenegro, Savills Montenegro, Monteverdi, Nega Tours and Atlas Group  have  also presented their projects within the framework of the stand..
