IFC METROPOL was recognized as the best investment Russian company of 2007 in the sphere of М&А.
In the framework of the 4th annual national forum “Mergers and
Acquisitions in Russia”, that was held on 6, December 2007, the
best companies working in the investment-banking market in Russia
were awarded according to the “Mergers and Acquisitions” magazine
version. In compliance with the expert evaluations of the magazine
analysis staff IFC METROPOL became the winner in the category “The
best investment company in the sphere of М&А” in 2007.
The event hosted officials, top managers of the leading Russian
investment companies, legal advisers for М&А, the heads of the
mergers and acquisitions department of the biggest corporations
from Russia and European countries. Ekaterina Ahanova, Director of
Investment banking received the award on behalf of IFC
METROPOL.
