IFC METROPOL as a co-manager in the new issue of Eurobonds of "Gazprom"

London "Gazprom" held roadshows of Eurobond of 35 series.

IFC METROPOL became co-manager in two Eurobond
issue tranches of "Gazprom" for a total € 750 million with a yield
of 3,6% per annum. The term of placement is 7 years.
