IFC Metropol financial consultant for Credit Bank of Moscow
IFC Metropol acted as a financial adviser for OAO The Credit Bank
of Moscow. Metropol experts prepared the bank’s bond prospectus.
The issue nominal value amounted to Rub 500 mn. The bond’s maturity
is 728 days from the placement. Currently, the prospectus has been
registered with the Russian Federal Service for Financial Markets,
the placement is under progress. Investment banking group Nikoil is
the lead manager of the issue.
OAO The Credit Bank of Moscow was set up in 1992. The bank’s
authorized capital amounted to
Rub 393,29 mn. as of the end of 2003. The bank has an extensive
correspondent network, including 60 accounts in Russian and foreign
banks. The Credit Bank of Moscow carries out all types of banking
operations, both in rubles and in dollars, and operations on the
securities market.
