IFC METROPOL Sponsors Fourth Caspian Energy Forum at Caspian Dialogue 2011 International Economic Forum
Caspian Dialogue 2011 International Economic Forum was held in
Moscow’s International Trade Center on April 18, 2011. Its main
objectives included effort consolidation for expanding mutually
beneficial international cooperation in the Caspian region. The
Forum discussed issues of international cooperation in
construction, transport infrastructure development, introduction of
information technologies, and environmental protection and
management.
Representatives of business community, authorities, and research
and public organizations of Caspian region states discussed at a
plenary meeting prospects of natural resources development, growth
challenges, and the legal status of the Caspian Sea.
Elena Evlanova, director for administration and finance of the
Eurasian Business Council, delivered a report on Formation of a
Common Energy Market within the Customs Union and the Common
Economic Space at a plenary meeting on Caspian Dialogue as a Way to
Economic Stability and Prosperity in the Region.
