METROPOL Group of Companies Delegation Attends “Sochi 2010” 9th International Investment Forum

“Sochi 2010” 9th International Investment Forum, one of Russia’s key economic events and a major international communications floor for representatives of business community, state authorities and researchers, was launched on 16 September.
The Forum is organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the Krasnodar Territory Administration. METROPOL Group of Companies is the event’s Bronze Sponsor.
The Forum’s opening ceremony was held on September 17th. The plenary meeting was opened by Russia’s Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. His speech “Investment Climate: Targets, Expectations and Results” was focused on this Forum’s main theme – investment challenges in Russia.

A broad range of issues and problems facing Russia in the current economic conditions is scheduled for discussion on September 19th  2010, including the state’s investment policies, the financial system, agro-industry’s problems, transport infrastructure investment, migration policies, and preparations for the Sochi-2014 Winter Olympics and Paralympics, to name just a few.
