IFC METROPOL became the leader among the Russian financial consultants in M&A transactions
According to the polls of the investment banks compiled by
Dealogic company, IFC METROPOL became the leader among the Russian
financial consultants participating in the M&A transactions in
Russia in 2007. The company was placed third in the list after
Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan.
According to Thomson Financial, one of the rating agencies IFC
METROPOL has reached the dominating position on the M&A market
of the Eastern Europe in conformity with the number of
transactions.
