Pursuant to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting
of IFC Metropol, Mikhail Slipenchuk left the office of the General
Director early, in connection with his new elective post in the
State Duma of the Russian Federation. Yuri Vodopianov was appointed
General Director of IFC Metropol, who had held the office of First
Deputy General Director. Alexander Kravtsov, who had been Director
of the Operations Directorate of IFC Metropol, took the office of
First Deputy General Director.
