METROPOL Group of Companies CEO Mikhail Slipenchuk has been awarded the Medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland (2nd degree)

Mayor of Moscow, S.S. Sobyanin, has awarded IFC METROPOL CEO Mikhail V. Slipenchuk Medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland (2nd degree).
M.V. Slipenchuk has been awarded for his labor achievements and many years of diligent work. The corresponding decree was signed by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on July 12, 2010.

The award ceremony took place on December 21 in the Moscow City Hall.

Information about the Medal
Medal of the Order of “Merit for the Motherland” is awarded to citizens for their achievements in industry and agriculture, construction and transport, science and education, healthcare and culture, as well as in other areas of work: for great contribution to the defense of the Motherland, success in maintaining high readiness of military units and detachments, excellent performance in combat training and other achievements during military service, strengthening the rule of law and order, and reinforcing state security.
Medal of the Order of “Merit for the Motherland” has two degrees:
 • Medal of the Order of “Merit for the Motherland” 1st degree;
 • Medal of the Order of “Merit for the Motherland” 2nd degree.
