In the framework of the development strategy for the bond and
derivative department, IFC METROPOL has created a new business unit
– Debt Capital Market Administration, headed by Vladimir Kutsev.
This unit will arrange public debt financing for electric power
companies. The latest ruble bond issues by Irkutskenegro and
RusHydro in which IFC Metropol acted as the leading co-organizer
have proven the qualifications and expertise of the team joined by
Mr Kutsev.
Vladimir has an excellent reputation in the corporate
environment and investment community. Prior to joining
METROPOL, he arranged a series of transactions including
the following:
• issue of ruble bonds for the Mortgage Agency of the Republic of
Tatarstan,
• restructuring bond issues of OJSC Inprom,
• actively participated in syndicating the first issue of loan
participation notes for CJSC Azerbaijan Railways.
