In summer IFC METROPOL rendered the services of a financial consultant to OAO Russian insurance center. It helped to prepare the prospectus and monitor the center’s information disclosure related to share issuance. The additional issue volume amounted to RUB 400 mn. The report on the issue results was registered with the Federal Service for Financial Markets.
