Delegation of the Group "МЕТROPOL" and Corporation “Eastern Siberia Metals” headed by M.V. Slipenchuk took part in the First conference "Concept of developed partnership in the field of raw materials resources" which took place on October, 14th in Wiesbaden (Germany).

The conference was held in the framework of the forum "Petersburg dialogue" founded by the heads of Russia and Germany in 2001.  The President of the Russian Federation V.V.Putin and the Chancellor of Germany A.Merkel as well as known politicians, businessmen, scientific men, workers of science and culture, representatives of ministries and departments of both countries took part in the work of the forum held under the motto "Unity of the Europe - contribution of Germany and Russia".
The Conference was organized by the constant Russian-German forum on use of raw materials resources. The Russian-German raw materials resources forum was founded on the initiative of the St.-Petersburg State Institute of Mining and Freiberg University of Mining in 2006.
At the conference such themes as "Reaction of Russia and Germany to the progressive raw material shortage and energy sources", "Timely revelation of instability in the regions-suppliers", "Activation of developed German-Russian partnership in the field of  raw materials resources " were discussed. Essential aspects of bilateral communication in the field of raw materials resources from both scientific and technological, and economic point of view were covered in detail.
Within the framework of the conference General Director of the IFC “МЕТROPOL” M.V.Slipenchuk, General Director of the Corporation “Eastern Siberia Metals” O.V.Mihajlenko, Chief executive officer of the “Corporation of Development of Transbaikalia” V.I.Halanov held a number of general meetings and negotiations.
