Two representatives of team "Shatar-Metropol" which sponsor is МЕТROPOL GROUP, qualified for the superfinal of the Russia Chess Championship
5 members of the team "Shatar-Metropol" (coach - Vyacheslav
Shomoev) took part in the 60th Russia Chess Championship (major
league) held on September, 2-14, 2007 in Krasnoyarsk. Two from them
- Andrey Rychagov and Farruh Ammonatov - have got 2nd and 4th place
accordingly. Thus, they have qualified to participate in the Russia
Championship Superfinal in which the domestic top-rank grand
masters - world champion Vladimir Kramnik , Peter Svidler,
Alexander Morozevich, Alexander Grishchuk – will participate as
well.
Worthful performance by Andrey Rychagov and Farruh Ammonatov
infuses with hope for forthcoming performance of team
"Shatar-Metropol" in Premier-league for the Russia club
championship.
