Head of METROPOL Group of сompanies M. V. Slipenchuk takes part in a state reception sponsored by the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the Russian Federation
The Embassy of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the
Russian Federation staged a state reception in the Moscow Martial
Arts Center on July 15 celebrating the country’s Independency
Day. METROPOL Group of companies provided organizational
support for the event.
Members of Moscow’s international diplomatic corps and
representatives of Russian government agencies and businesses used
the occasion to learn about the main lines of Group activity,
including its projects in Russia and abroad. Especial
attention was devoted to METROPOL’s activities in the Congolese
market.
METROPOL Group of companies Head M. V. Slipenchuk and A. M.
Vasilyev, the Special Representative of the President of the
Russian Federation for Relations with African Leaders, discussed
preparations for the upcoming Investment Cooperation – New Horizons
business forum, which is due to be held in Kinshasa this
autumn. The forum will mark the continuation of a dialogue
that the Russian and Congolese business communities first began in
April during a visit to Russia by the Democratic Republic of the
Congo Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexis T. Mwamba.
