BFM.ru, Business FM and laboratory analysis and selection decisions conducted a survey of analysts forecasts for Russian stock market. As the result IFC METROPOL entered the top three in the ranking of investment firms by the share of successful recommendations.

Rating the effectiveness of research teams in 2012 was based on the recommendations of the "Buy," "Sell" and "Hold." A total of 1,574 recommendations were analyzed. The sample included 40 issuers whose shares or depositary receipts are traded on the Moscow, London, New York stock exchanges and site NASDAQ. The effectiveness of research teams evaluated both on quantitative criteria (amount successful guidance) and qualitative (the proportion of successful recommendations).

There were also made a personal efficiency ratings analysts in the various sectors of the Russian stock market. The basis for the ranking was the selection of 23 analysts' recommendations Russian investment companies issued in 2012. IFC METROPOL in the lead in the sectors of "Energy" and "Engineering", and went into the top four in the sector "Transport". Senior analyst at IFC METROPOL Andrei Rozhkov named the best analyst in the sector of "Engineering".
