Bank of Russia registers new version of Obibank charter

The Bank of Russia has registered a new version of Obibank LLC’s charter. The provisions of the charter are in compliance with Federal Law № 312-FZ of 30 December 2008 “On Changes to the First Part of the RF Civil Code and Some RF Legislative Acts.”
