The Bank of Russia registered a new version of the Articles of Association of CB Obibank LLC.

The Bank of Russia registered a new version of the Articles of Association of CB Obibank LLC.  The provisions of the Articles of Association were brought in compliance with Federal law No. 162-FZ dated June 27, 2011 “On making amendments to certain regulatory acts of the Russian Federation due to the adoption of Federal law “On the national payment system”.
