The delegation of METROPOL Group of companies headed by Mr. Slipenchuk M.V. is taking part in the 5th economic forum of Krasnoyarsk “Russia 2008-2020. Growth Management”

The Forum sponsored by METROPOL Group opened up in Krasnoyarsk on February, 15. Heads of ministries and regions, leading experts, scientists and representatives of business, as well as about 1,5 thousand companies are taking part in the event.

Mr. Medvedev D.A., First Vice-President of the Government of the Russian Federation, gave a talk at the official opening of the Forum. He presented the visitors with his economic program covering the next 4 years. At the end of his talk, Mr. Medvedev D.A. opened the exposition of the Investment Fund of the Russian Federation, which includes among others the stand of the project of the partnership between the state and the private sector called “Global Development of the Transbaikalian region”.

On February, 16, Mikhail Slipenchuk took part in the Plenary session of the “New Economic Geography of Russia”. During the discussion also took the floor Mr. Kosak D., minister of the regional development, Mr. Khloponin A., governor of the Krasnoyarsk region, heads of “NK Rosneft” Ltd, Vnesheconombank, “Polus Zolota” Ltd, “GidroOGK” Ltd etc. Mr. Slipenchuk also gave a talk and presented the project of the partnership between the state and the private sector called “Global Development of the Transbaikalian region” within the framework of the Round table “Issues of the realization of complex investment projects”.

The visitors manifested a huge interest towards the stands of METROPOL Group and the project “Global Development of the Transbaikalian region”. During the Forum, Mr. Slipenchuk M.V. answered numerous questions of the participants and visitors of the event as well as of the regional and national mass media.
