MBC Corporation, IBM East Europe/Asia and Honeywell Russia Discuss Cooperation
Kirill Kornilyev, General Director, IBM East Europe/Asia, Leonid
Sorkin, General Director, Honeywell Russia, and Ilya Okhtyrsky,
General Director, the MBC Corporation, met on 1 March 2012 to
discuss joint participation in the projects of the Skolkovo
Innovation Center, in founding an R&D center under the Moscow
Institute of Physics and Technology, and in designing and building
the Ozerny Mining and Smelting Plant in the Republic of Buryatia.
Sergei Garichev, Deputy General Director, the MBC Corporation,
Dean, Faculty of Radio Engineering and Cybernetics, Moscow
Institute of Physics and Technology, delivered a report and made
several proposals at the meeting. The participants decided to go
ahead with the discussions in working groups, with an eye to
working out mutually acceptable agreements.
