IFC METROPOL awarded Diploma for the Year’s Best Consultancy Project at Global CRM International Business Forum
In late October 2004 Moscow hosted the Global
CRM International Business Forum devoted to the technologies for
client relations management. The most successful introductions of
CRM systems and call-centers in various business areas were
represented at the forum. The greatest attention was paid to CRM
systems installed in banks, finance and insurance companies, big
and small companies.
IFC METROPOL was awarded the Diploma for the
Year’s best consultancy project as part of the CRM projects’
competition held by Global CRM International Business Forum.
